promises

it is our nature to always grow.

the thing is, we're not always going to the same direction.
somehow we evolve,
to become someone that we would've never think we would be

a stranger.

you could've said that will never be me,
and stand here today being exactly that.
forever is not something we can promise.

we pray
we stay
we try.

but we don't know how it will be.

if we're heading to the same direction,
or not.

if we will grow old side by side,
or not.


we just never know.
